If you attend the services, you are giving “implied consent to be seen on camera.” The view for live-stream services is to include the entirety of the liturgical actions, in focus, at the highest resolution possible, during the services. Depending on the movements of the clergy members, activities and sounds of the entire nave, except activities at the west end, could be recorded.
